Tuna salad is one of the quickest and easiest to prepare.

This is the mayonnaise-free version, so it is a bit healthier. Perfect for people who are following an exercise plan and want to eat well while cutting a few calories.

Additionally, it is very filling, and one portion is satisfying. Ingredients: 2 cans of tuna in water (198 g – 7 oz), 1/4 white or red onion, 1-2 small celery stalks (optional), 1 tomato diced or 13 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 red bell pepper, 1/4 green bell pepper, 1 lemon (juice), salt and pepper to taste, olive oil.

Jaffra Salad: Wash the vegetables. Remove seeds and the white part of the bell peppers and the fibers from the celery. Cut the onion, celery, and bell peppers into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add the diced tomato or sliced cherry tomatoes and chopped cilantro, and mix. Add a bit of olive oil, some salt, and pepper. Add the drained tuna and stir.
